Currently based in London. An MSc graduate in philosophy of mental disorders and experience working in mental health, yoga came as a natural progression in my journey to share wellbeing for the mind, body and soul.
Yoga is building the relationship between the body, the mind and the breath. Yoga is creating space free from obstacles in your body. Yoga is freedom and release. I am here to help others find this release so that they can comfortable and competently move their bodies through life. I believe that yoga gives us the ability to utilize our bodies and minds with more efficiency.
I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and as a certified teacher with Yoga London, I am a firm believer of intuitive movements for your body, and teach in a way that is beneficial for you. I focusing on stability, alignment, and hands-on adjustments to help you deepen your practice with ease.
In my classes, you will find creative sequencing with a spirit of playfulness that will help you deepen into your practice. I am inspired to help others thrive in their bodies, mind and soul through the practice of yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
