If you're a beginner, this is a great way to learn basic yoga flow and proper alignment in the comfort of your chosen environment. If you are more advanced, this is the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice and work intimately to deepen your practice.
Private sessions are also a great opportunity to learn and practice yoga philosophy if that's something you are interested in. Depending on what you are looking for, classes can incorporate, or focus on asana practice, meditation, pranayama practice, yoga nidra, kriyas or extra long savasanas if that's what you need on the day.
