Terms & COnditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all companies and or persons or other entities (“you”) that are attending any classes, or workshop organised by Yoga with Di. Please ensure you have read and understand the following:
1. Acceptance of terms and conditions
By agreeing to attend a class, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below and they will be incorporated into the contract between us. You will ensure that you, your employees, and any other person attending the class shall comply with these Terms.
The description of the service provided is set out on our website and are subject to availability.
The fees for the service is set out on the website. All payment must be paid in cash where applicable, or submitted via our online merchant provider. If required payment is not received before your class is due to take place, your booking will be cancelled.
Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel a class for any reason. You may email me at
I remain the right to cancel classes in which case, you will be refunded the full amount, or the option of rescheduling to another time.
All bookings shall be non-refundable except as set out in paragraph 4. However, if you are unable to attend the session for any reason, a full refund can be issued at my discretion.
6. Be prepared for the class
In order to get the most out of your time, please be prepared for your class on time. This involves being dress appropriately with all necessary equipment. Please make sure you have eaten within the last 3 hours for your own safety. I wouldn't recommend eating 30 minutes to an hour before the class as you may find some poses uncomfortable on a full stomach.
7. Notify the teacher of any injuries
In order to ensure your own safety, important to notify your teacher of any injuries, or medical issues you may be experiencing or have experienced in the past. This allows your teacher to adjust accordingly in order to prevent further injury. The teacher remains the right to refuse any student regarding an injury for the safety of the student.
